BRUSCHETTA - 2/7/2009

 

Slice pieces of crusty Italian bread ½ inch thick or so and grill or toast in the oven until crunchy but still soft in the middle.

 

While still warm, rub with a cut piece of garlic.

 

Then drizzle or brush with Hillstone Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

 

Enjoy with a glass of your favorite wine!
